Turkey Salad Roll-Ups

Yield: 4 wraps



  • about 2 cups chopped leftover turkey, mix of light and dark meat
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • leftover cranberry sauce
  • whole grain wraps


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread about two tablespoons cranberry sauce on each wrap and top it with a scoop of turkey salad. Roll up wraps and serve.
