- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- juice of half of a lime
- salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly
In addition to Turmeric, I used Smoked Paprika to give a subtle smokiness to the crema.
