Warm Hazelnut Camembert

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup skinned hazelnuts
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Four 7 oz. Camembert wheels
- Baguette or focaccia
- Sliced apples
- Strawberry preserves
- In a food processor mix breadcrumbs and hazelnuts until fine. Dip each Camembert wheel in the egg mixture then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place Camembert wheels on a sheet pan and place in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is soft, without breaking open.
- Place on a serving place with a toasted baguette or focaccia bread, sliced apples and strawberry preserves.
