Cooking Raw

Cooking Raw is an eight-part series hosted by certified raw chef Caroline Carter and her daughter Shenita Ray, in which they put a new twist on popular recipes by substituting uncooked ingredients. The friendly and down-to-earth duo demonstrate how to use nuts, vegetables, fruits, protein concentrates, natural sweeteners, spices, seeds, yeast, and various kitchen gadgets to create meals that are rich in flavor, enzymes, minerals and vitamins.
