Perhaps for the baked tofu? I would guess 30+- minutes to brown and cook through. Just a guess however.

I'd like to nominate Vegan Treats, a Bethlehem PA vegan bakery, for those who want to switch away from animal-based foods to really terrific sweets and buns. Nothing less than astounding in flavor!

I followed the directions and it did seem to need a bit more milk, then it was perfect. The cake crumb is similar to a biscuit but moister. Came out amazing and I am super critical. I will make again for sure.

Question about how to season a smoker: In the BBQ with Franklin videos, Aaron said to heat the smoker between 250-300 till you can smell the paint/oil they used to assemble. In Franklin Barbecue book Aaron said to light a big fire and get the smoker hot for about an hour the rub the inside of the smoker down with vegetable oil. What works best? Thanks

Yeah it was just a bad episode. definitely watch more these aren't your run of the mill chefs they are literally the best of the best and surprisingly there egos are not bigger . Also watch a show called chefs table on Netflix goes more into depth on the chefs and what they have done for the culinary world. they don't have to convince us they are b

Was telling everyone about it. That it would probably be shown a couple few more times in the next week or two. This program is not scheduled for next two weeks and they don't show schedules after two weeks.
