  Yes, I'm AMAAAAZED that no one....including the production staff....told Paul & mary that someone ((I didn't actually catch who it was)) had taken his ice cream out of the freezer & left it there!!!!! SURELY they were all aware of it, so why wasn't it mentioned in the judging portion?????

  I wouldn't rely on a freezer alone on such a hot day, but on just a bit of dry ice in there as well. Did you notice some bakers used the very bottom of the chest freezer?   I was astonished that Diana failed to apologize and was never held accountable. Worse, we seem to be criticizing Iain for not handling it well. What about the twit Diana? It is a contest after all. Does no one else see the injustice? Iain is supposed to lump it! I'm hoping Diana was disqualified! She RICHLY deserves it.
