Chris Lintott, astrophysicist

Chris Lintott's research background is focused within the chemistry associated to start formation. However, these days he is more focused on thinking about the formation of galaxies. Chris studied at the Magdalene College, Cambridge for a degree in natural sciences where he went on to complete his Ph.D. in the chemistry of star formation at the University College London. 

Chris has also co-presented the BBC series "The Sky at Night" as well as continuing his day job as a researcher at the University of Oxford. There his research is focused on the formation of galaxies and running citizen science projects to investigate galaxy formation, discover planets and more.
