Noah Whiteman, evolutionary biologist

Noah is an evolutionary biologist and is currently the principal investigator at the University of California, Berkeley in the department of integrative biology.

Noah studied for an M.S. degree in systematic entomology at the University of Missouri-Columbia where he was trained as a classical entomologist. Noah stayed on in Missouri for his Ph.D. In 2006 Noah left Missouri for Harvard University where he completed an NIH postdoctoral fellowship on genomics of plant-insect-microbe interactions.
