How Do You Imagine God?
God in America and USA WEEKEND Magazine are partnering to explore Americans' images of God.

How do you imagine God? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator God is an invisible Spirit, and is Love, and is the source (selfless giver) of the Spirit. God is the Spirit of Selfless Love that lives and grows within all that live and grow in the Spirit. I am a nonreligious, independent scholar of the Bible and author of 5 books, including THE CHRISTIAN RIGHT… OR WRONG?: EXPOSING THE CORRUPT TEACHINGS OF CORPORATE CHRISTIANITY AND ITS LEADING MEDIA EVANGELISTS, honored by the GLBT Ethos Award. Oprah Winfrey’s global webcast with Eckhart Tolle inspired SELFLESS SPIRIT, SELFISH EGO: THE WAY TO EVERLASTING PEACE FOR JUDAISM, CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM, honored by ReligiousTolerance.org. 1 person liked this

My Beliefs

I believe ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator Bible-based religions deny the critical revelation that the literal message (literalism) is "dead" and that it "kills" the spiritual message. We are not instructed to be idolaters of a literal God, but ambassadors of the Spirit of God--the Spirit of Selfless Love over Selfishness. 1 person liked this
My most powerful moment of belief was ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator When I was 10, I looked upon the stars above Yokohama, Japan and concluded that something, some force created the magnificence of the universe and that my life was not for nothing, but had meaning and purpose. I realized the notion of God was about “somethingness” versus “nothingness.” Are we here on Earth because there is something that brought us into existence or are we here because of nothingness—that life grew out of nothingness and will return to nothingness? It was then I decided God existed. 1 person liked this
