Narrow is the way that leads to life. JESUS CHRIST

How Do You Imagine God?
God in America and USA WEEKEND Magazine are partnering to explore Americans' images of God.

How do you imagine God? your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator God is intensely personal and knowable. The God of the Bible is unique and set apart from all notions of God found in every religion and cosmic view. He is holy and therefore because we are sinful and imperfect we are separated from this holy and righteous God. Every religion has in common the starting point of human effort to reach out to God in order to find Him or a state of bliss. Only God in Christ has the starting point of God in His mercy and pity of our hopeless condition taking the initiative in love to seek and find us by living the perfect life we could never live and dying in our place the death we deserve for our crimes against a moral holy God commited in His moral universe.

My Beliefs

I believe ... your photo/ link/ video has been held for approval by a moderator There is one God in three distinct manifestations who has down through the ages revealed himself to all who admit their need and dependency on him as a result of his action upon us. Just as 1x1x1=1 so this God is One God. Our highest achievements and best efforts fall far short of his moral law of perfection therefore we need a Savior to rescue us from our dilemma. Jesus Christ is the perfect solution to our imperfect condition. He satisfies every moral law of God and by faith in his perfect life and work we can be forgiven and reconciled to the God who created us. He gives us his righteousness and Spirit which makes us both acceptable to God and helps us little by little to become more like him. We now have peace with God and eternal life all as a result of the gift of his grace alone.
