We are somehow satanic. If we don't believe in God and God made the devil this isn't possible. Another personal favorite is that without religion there can't be morality. Morality is self-evident. You know it's wrong to steal because if someone steals from you it makes you upset. A normally functioning person isn't malicious enough to want someone else to feel that way.

My mother believes in God but not churches or religion. My dad is an Atheist and my Sister is more agnostic. The rest of the extended family is very religious, even have a faith healer. Whom I consider a crackpot.

It scares me that they will become piously intolerant. I.E. Become very religeous and not want anything to do with there "hell bound, heretical" father.

No, public schools are run by the government. The government can not endorse any religion. It was set up to be religiously neutral or secular.
Should the Bible, Torah, Quran or other religious texts be taught as works of literature in public schools? Why or why not?

No, there are plenty of other great literary works to learn from with out the religious views.

Yes I do. If someone doesn't like me over that than I don't want them around me.

I don't have the right to convert anyone. I think it's wrong to do that. The only action I feel is needed is to keep the government secular.

Well I've heard it said that "science flies you to the moon, religion flies you into a building". I think that pretty much sums it up.
