Kennesaw, Georgia

Performed by Wings, the Kennesaw State University dance ensemble, Eric Alexander's work, The Unsung, is a celebration of the lives of four women who made extraordinary contributions to Georgia: World War II pilot Hazel Raines, United States Senator Rebecca Felton, former slave Carrie Logan, who worked with the orphans of Atlanta, and Mary Bosomworth, a Creek Indian who helped deter war between the Creeks and European settlers.
