ArtBarn's mission is to provide a home in the St. Croix Valley for artistic excellence, and exploration and enjoyment of the arts. The focal point of this bi-state, grassroots organization is a renovated 100-year-old dairy barn converted into a regional art center. A high school and adult community choir organized to celebrate rivers premiered Dr. Craig Naylor's River Spirit on July 4^th, 2000.
