Maintenance Schedule

Index

The only way we know of to keep maintenance chores from becoming an overwhelming nightmare is to tackle maintenance work in small doses on a regular schedule. Here's a schedule and how-to tips to get you started.

Winter
Examine caulk and grout in tubs and showers, deep clean the dishwasher, check all receptacles and replace if needed.

Spring
Replace damaged shingles, repair torn screens, do a good deck cleanup.

Summer
Replace damaged vinyl siding, shore up a sagging gate, then take a break...it's summer!

Fall
Clean and repair gutters, reglaze windows, beefup that old exterior caulk.
