The #SheDocs Online Film Festival has brought you stories from Cambodia (Welcome to the World) to the Wampanoag tribe of southeastern Massachusetts (We Still Live Here – Âs Nutayuneân), from triumphs such as the first woman of color in the U.S. Congress (Patsy Mink: Ahead of the Majority) to injustices such as a 10-year-old Afghan girl sold by her father for sheep (I Was Worth 50 Sheep). These 10 gripping documentaries all have a common thread—they put women at the forefront and show how they can lead.
All #SheDocs films are screening for free until the end of March, and you can support your favorite by voting in our poll below. The winner will be announced after the festival. Happy voting!
