  • Filmmaker Andrew Levine says: “My hope is that we have created a film that begins to paint a picture of what human beings are capable of. It is a story of repeated betrayals and yet, it reminds us of how resilient the human spirit is and can be.” Do you agree that the human spirit is by nature resilient?

  • Sex trafficking is a worldwide problem. Of the more than one million women and girls who are forced into sexual slavery each year, 50,000 are in the United States. What do you think are the main factors that cause this violation to have such a global reach?

  • Gary Haugen of the International Justice Mission says: “The brothel keepers wake up every single day committed to their work…. Somebody has to have the same sort of commitment to fighting the problem.” Do you think that the commitment of those working to fight against child sex slavery will help to stop it? Why or why not?
