Jonathan Landay was senior correspondent, national security, for the Knight Ridder Washington bureau during the filming of DEADLINE ON DEMOCRACY, and now has the same job and title for The McClatchy Company, which bought the Knight Ridder papers. In the film, along with his colleague Warren Strobel, Landay seriously questions the Bush administration’s rationale for invading Iraq.
