Mie Omori
(Lovey)
FISHBOWL marks Mie Omori’s film debut. Born and raised in Honolulu, the high school student enjoys English and Biology. “I’m not as good at Bio as I am English but I still really love both subjects. History is pretty wonderful, too,” says Mie. She hopes to attend college on the East Coast or “somewhere where it snows.” Her experience on FISHBOWL was life changing. “It was really interesting to play Lovey, because we’re so different,” she said. “[Lovey is] extremely introverted while I find it fun to sometimes make a fool of myself and laugh. I had such an amazing time with the cast and crew…. check out Billy’s groovy dance moves!" |

A sophomore at Kaimuki High School in Honolulu, Billy Lam is a choreographer and dancer. He has been dancing for Jason Ulep's Hypersquad, a 300-strong dance organization for youth and adults, for over three years. He has been performing and choreographing a diverse range of dance techniques including jazz, hip hop and ballet, with Hypersquad and his brother Ricky (also a choreographer and dancer). FISHBOWL is Billy’s first foray into acting and he hopes to pursue more work in film. Billy says that his favorite scenes were the ones where he got to wear a mustache.
