America’s second largest and most multicultural city, Los Angeles, is a place of perpetual growth and change. Its evolving landscape has been shaped by reinvention and renewal, for reasons ranging from earthquakes to immigration. From the Venice Beach boardwalk to Koreatown and Echo Park, Los Angeles is a city with no discernable center: a collection of neighborhoods as diverse as the four million people who live there.
