  • As Benedictine monastics, the women of St. Scholastica are committed to living as a community according to the Rule of St. Benedict. The sisters share everything, from their living space to cars. What do you imagine is the most difficult part of communal life? The most attractive?

  • Do you think women who come to St. Scholastica after having marriages, families and careers will stay at the monastery? Why or why not?

  • Did this film change the way you think about nuns and religious life? If so, in what ways?
