Congressman Barney Frank was elected by Massachusetts voters in realmedia video clip 1980 to the United States House of Representatives, where he continues to serve today. He is a member of the Judiciary Committee and the Banking Financial Services Committee. The Almanac of American Politics called Frank "one of the intellectual and political leaders of the Democratic Party in the House, political theorist and pit bull at the same time."
