Richard KilbergRichard Kilberg, Executive Producer, President of the Fred Friendly Seminars, Inc. was the executive producer of the PBS series "Liberty & Limits: The Federalist Idea 200 Years Later and Profits and Promises", in addition to the Fred Friendly Seminars, "Epidemic!"; "Beyond Black and White: Affirmative Action in America"; "Before I Die: Medical Care and Personal Choices" and "Your Money and Your Life: America's Managed Care Revolution". Kilberg has produced a variety of distinguished television programming, including public affairs series, entertainment specials, and historical documentaries. His documentaries, "Adam Clayton Powell", "Huey Long", and "The Brooklyn Bridge", have received two Academy Award nominations, a duPont Columbia Journalism Award, an Ohio State Journalism Award, a Christopher Medal, and "Best of Festivals" awards. He also has been a programming and production executive at PBS, HBO and in the independent television production world.

Megan Cogswell, Producer, has produced programs for PBS for over twenty years on subjects ranging from politics and education to the environment and business. Among them: "Faces of Japan", "Learning in America" for MacNeil/Lehrer Productions, "Listening to America with Bill Moyers", "The Global Economy", "Pacific Rift", and most recently "Ending Welfare As We Know It". Cogswell has also produced programs for CNBC, NBC, ABC, Turner Broadcasting, the Discovery Channel and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Joan I. GrecoJoan I. Greco, Senior Writer, began her association with Fred W. Friendly and the Emmy-winning series "The Constitution: That Delicate Balance" while she was editor of the Harvard Law Review. Since that time, she has worked on over thirty PBS programs, including the Fred Friendly Seminars "Epidemic!"; "Beyond Black and White: Affirmative Action in America"; "Before I Die: Medical Care and Personal Choices"; "Your Money and Your Life: The Managed Care Revolution", as well as the series "Liberty & Limits: The Federalist Idea 200 Years Later", and the series "Profits and Promises". Greco also produced Fred Friendly's farewell series, the five-part "That Delicate Balance II: Our Bill of Rights". She has clerked for Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals, and for Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on the United States Supreme Court.

Barbara E. Margolis, Executive Director, Fred Friendly Seminars, Inc., was the supervising producer of the PBS series "Liberty & Limits: The Federalist Idea 200 Years Later", the executive director of "Before I Die: Medical Care and Personal Choices" and the producer of the "Profits and Promises" series. She also worked on the Fred Friendly Seminars "Epidemic!"; "Beyond Black and White: Affirmative Action in America". Ms. Margolis has produced and directed many distinguished films, among them the feature documentary "Are We Winning, Mommy? America and the Cold War", Oscar nominee "Adam Clayton Powell", "On the Line", and the three-part series for PBS, "Declarations: Essays on American Ideals". In addition, she served as development director of the Independent Feature Project and is the author of "In Focus: A Guide to Using Films".

Ruth FriendlyRuth W. Friendly, Editorial Advisor, Fred Friendly Seminars, Inc., has served in this capacity for all Fred Friendly Seminars over the past five years, including the recent programs, "Epidemic!"; "Beyond Black and White: Affirmative Action in America" and "Before I Die: Medical Care and Personal Choices", in addition to the PBS series "Liberty & Limits: The Federalist Idea 200 Years Later". Fifteen years ago, she helped her husband Fred Friendly create the "Media & Society" Seminars. She has served as executive producer, producer, researcher or editor on more than 80 hours of Seminars programming for PBS, including "The Constitution: That Delicate Balance", "That Delicate Balance II: Our Bill of Rights" and "Managing Our Miracles: Health Care in America". She has also worked on Seminars for civic and professional groups across the country.
