In the interview he gave to "In the Mix", Geoffrey comes across as a sensitive person. Here, he shares insights into his life situation.

"My parents aren't rich and I don't have nice clothing [and] people make fun of me because I look different. Wow! Who cares? Everyone looks different".

On a more reflective note, he continues, "I think they make fun of people because they need to feel good...I'd hate to be like them but I'd like to have as many friends as them …I'd love to be popular but the things that come with it are just horrible: like having to wake up an hour early to put on make up and comb your hair and spending all your money buying the right clothes, getting a car-- the car part isn't bad. I don't think I would be accepted into the popular crowd because I'm not good at sports".

"People make fun of me all the time. It happens a lot. But there's nothing you can do about it. Having friends [though] will help you through everything. And the people who I hang with, I hang out with them cause they don't care if you're a little overweight or if you don't wear the right clothes".
