Charlene Gilbert (Producer/Director) received her MFA from Temple University and her B.A. from Yale University. She received an NEA Fellowship, a Kellogg National Leadership Fellowship, a Mid-Atlantic Media Arts Fellowship, the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Award for Excellence and the Ronald Meltzer Economics Award. Her films include INA MAE BEST, THIS IS MY HOUSE, and THE KITCHEN BLUES, and she associate produced W.E.B. DU BOIS: A BIOGRAPHY IN FOUR VOICES.

Michelle Crenshaw (Director of Photography) has worked on music videos, features and independent productions. Her DP credits include the documentary MUD PEOPLE, directed by Shuli Eshel, Michelle Parkerson's ODDS AND ENDS and CREATION DESTINY by Christina Springer. Her credits as a 1st AC include the Emmy-winning television drama NYPD BLUE, and the feature films LOVE JONES, THE CABLE GUY, HOME ALONE and GRUMPIER OLD MEN. Crenshaw was the camera operator for a BBC documentary on Curtis Mayfield.

Peter Redding (Sound) has 23 years experience in documentaries, feature films and television. His sound recording credits include "Morehouse" (BBC), "The Today Show," "Home Improvement," "Domestic Violence" (TBS), "Milton Hales" (TNT), national television news and movies-of-the-week for NBS, ABC and TBS.
Dwight Andrews (Music) is a composer and educator noted for his collaborations with August Wilson. He served as music director for the Broadway productions of Wilson's plays MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM, THE PIANO LESSON, JOE TURNER'S COME AND GONE and SEVEN GUITARS. Andrews was also music director for "The Piano Lesson" (Hallmark Hall of Fame) "Miss Evers Boys" (HBO).

Narcel G. Reedus (Associate Producer) is an Atlanta-based filmmaker who has produced several award-wining documentary and narrative films including the acclaimed FOR COLORED BOYS WHO'VE CONSIDERED HOMOCIDE. Reedus was a writer for the National Public Radio series "Will the Circle Go Unbroken."

Kimlou Conigliaro-Stahl (Associate Producer) has produced short films and award-winning documentaries including THE AMERICAN INDIAN MOVEMENT, THE HUSDON WATERFRONT and KNIGHT VISION. She received an excellence award from the New Jersey Motion Picture and Television Commission and a CAPE award for best independent production from the New Jersey Television Network.
Kim Mayhorn (Editor) has edited films and videos including Kathe Sandler's THE FRIENDS, Spencer Reid's GONE WITH THE WHEAT and Jocelyn Taylor's BODILY IONS, as well as music videos cablecast on MTV and BET.
