While his delightful desserts have graced the tables of some of the finest restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic region, Marcel Desaulniers' popularity in the culinary world has soared with the release of his award-winning cookbooks, Desserts to Die For and Death by Chocolate, and his companion television series. Before becoming a culinary personality, Marcel's fine cooking earned him the title of Best Chef--Mid-Atlantic States from the James Beard Foundation. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he currently works as chef and co-owner of Trellis Restaurant in Williamsburg, Virginia.
