Sen. Carl Levin discusses the atmosphere of the administration prior to the war. Actor Jeff Bridges says he works in movies he'd like to watch.
Sen. Carl Levin
Carl Levin is the ranking Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee, where he's earned a reputation as a strong supporter of U.S. national defense. A graduate of Harvard's law school, Sen. Levin practiced and taught law until he was appointed an assistant attorney general of Michigan and the first general counsel for the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. He went on to win election to the Detroit City Council and, in '78, won an upset victory over the number two Republican in the U.S. Senate.
Jeff Bridges
Actor Jeff Bridges has been an A-list leading man for over four decades. He made his acting debut on his father Lloyd's TV series, Sea Hunt. Since then, he's starred in nearly 60 films. He has the emotional depth and ability to take on complex, morally ambiguous characters and make it look easy. Bridges is also a talented guitarist, photographer and painter whose work is highly sought after. In '83, he founded the End Hunger Network, a non-profit dedicated to feeding children around the world.
