Lonnie Ali is a business leader, activist and partner to one of the most beloved men in the world, Muhammad Ali. She prefers to avoid the limelight and has used her own impressive credentials (degrees from Vanderbilt and UCLA) to make her mark. She oversaw the realization of a 13-year dream in building a $54 million center in Louisville, KY, named after her famous spouse. She also educated herself on Parkinson's and has joined the Fight For MORE campaign—an initiative which connects caregivers.

Now a humanitarian and activist, Muhammad Ali is the world's most famous boxer and one of the most recognizable personalities of the 20th century. His list of accomplishments is staggering - beginning with an Olympic Gold Medal in 1960 and finishing off as a 3-time World Heavyweight Champion. Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1982, yet continues to contribute to seemingly limitless diverse charities and causes. The first boxer to appear on a box of Wheaties, he's got every reason to proclaim himself, "The Greatest."

Dr. Ian Smith is an award-winning medical correspondent for NBC News and a contributor to the Today show. He's also a columnist for Men's Health and author of several books, including The Blackbird Papers, his first foray into fiction, and The Fat Smash Diet. The Harvard grad also attended Columbia University and Dartmouth Medical School, where he founded a mentoring program for minority students. He's active in charitable causes, serving on several boards, including the National Medical Fellowships.
