Sen. Bob Graham
Florida's Sen. Bob Graham is popular in his home state, but he's decided to leave office after three terms. The Harvard-trained lawyer began his political career as a state rep and won two terms as governor before his Senate seat victory. He's the former chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee and has been sharply critical of President Bush, particularly on Iraq policy. Graham recently co-authored Intelligence Matters, an insider's report on America's national security network.
