Healthcare expert Dr. Reed Tuckson discusses report cards for doctors. Film critic Roger Ebert reflects on the influence and success of his work.
Dr. Reed Tuckson
Dr. Reed Tuckson is a nationally recognized expert on health disparities. At UnitedHealth Group, he's responsible for helping to improve the quality and efficiency of health services. Dr. Tuckson gained his experience through leadership positions in the public, nonprofit, educational and private sectors, starting with his role as the District of Columbia Commissioner of Public Health. His federal appointments include cabinet level advisory committees on health reform, infant mortality and children's health.
Roger Ebert
Roger Ebert is celebrating his 30th anniversary as a TV film critic. Ebert & Roeper is the top-rated weekly syndicated half-hour on TV, and his Chicago Sun-Times reviews are syndicated in more than 200 papers around the world. The first film critic to receive a Pulitzer, he quit an English doctoral program to pursue a career as a reviewer. He's written numerous books on cinema and several screenplays. In '99, Ebert launched the annual Overlooked Film Festival showcasing forgotten/ignored movies and genres.
