Called "The Wizard of Westwood," John Wooden was the first person ever inducted into the National Basketball Hall of Fame as both player and coach. A collegiate hero at Purdue University, Wooden coached at Indiana State before taking the UCLA head coaching post. In '75, he retired as the most successful coach in the sport's history. Not one to rest on his laurels, he lectures on his 'Pyramid of Success' principles and, in his book, Wooden on Leadership, offers his take on creating leaders and winning organizations.
