FEMA's acting director David Paulison says the agency has learned from its previous mistakes. Actress Kristin Chenoweth shares the secret to the success of this weekend's number one film, RV.

David Paulison explains why he wants to be FEMA's permanent director.
David Paulison took FEMA's reins in Hurricane Katrina's aftermath. The career firefighter previously led the agency's emergency preparedness force. A Miami native, Paulison began his career in '71 and rose through the ranks, becoming the Miami-Dade Fire Chief. He led the response to Hurricane Andrew in '92 and the '96 ValuJet crash in the Florida Everglades. A former head of the U.S. Fire Administration, Paulison is a certified paramedic and past president of the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
Kristin Chenoweth
Kristin Chenoweth is among the few to earn rave reviews in multiple fields. She's won one Tony, been nominated for a second and released two hit albums. She also stars in TV's hit drama The West Wing and has film credits that include Bewitched, The Pink Panther and, the new release, RV. At age 12, the Oklahoma native sang for an audience of 40,000 and discovered her passion in music and performing. Chenoweth earned a bachelor's degree in musical theater and a master's degree in opera performance.
