Delaware Sen. Joe Biden says he's ready to campaign for the presidency. The Break-Up's Jon Favreau comments on the impact of movies in a post-9/11 world.
Sen. Joseph Biden
Delaware's senior senator and a 2008 presidential candidate, Joe Biden chairs the Foreign Relations Committee and the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs. He's a constitutional scholar and adjunct professor at Widener Law School and widely recognized as an influential voice on terrorism, crime prevention, environmental protection and education policy. Prior to his election to the Senate, Biden practiced law and served on a local county council. Promises to Keep is his recently released memoir.
Jon Favreau
Accomplished actor-writer Jon Favreau successfully transitioned to directing. He first earned acting notice in Swingers, which he also wrote. In '01, he made his film directorial debut with Made and, after directing the hit, Elf, catapulted onto the directors A-list. The Queens, NY native dropped out of college and traveled, landing in Chicago, where he honed his craft with an improv troupe. Favreau is also creator-producer-host of IFC's roundtable show, Dinner for Five. His latest project is The Break-Up.
