Chairman and co-founder of industry giant Sun Microsystems, Scott McNealy shares his business philosophy. Oscar-nominated actress Diane Lane talks about her new film, Hollywoodland.
Scott McNealy
With three other young entrepreneurs at Stanford's Business School, and no technical background, Scott McNealy founded Sun Microsystems in '82 - turning a workstation start-up into one of the world's leading computer companies. He's one of the most influential leaders in the IT industry, known for his ability to motivate those who work around him. After 22 years at the helm, McNealy stepped down as CEO this year, to focus his energy on the nonprofit initiative, the Global Education & Learning Community.
Diane Lane
Diane Lane was a stage vet before she made her first film as a teen. Having made her stage debut at age 6 and the cover of Time at age 14, she's one of few child performers to make a successful transition into adult roles. The New York City native has made increasingly challenging and diverse choices, with a body of work that includes the epic mini-series Lonesome Dove and the films The Perfect Storm, Unfaithful - for which she earned a Best Actress Academy Award nomination - and, her latest, Hollywoodland.
