Panda Express founder Andrew Cherng discusses preparing for business opportunities. ER star Maura Tierney talks about the show's ratings resurgence.

Andrew Cherng is founder and Chairman of the Board of the Panda Restaurant Group, which includes Panda Express, one of the fastest-growing Asian cuisine food chains in the restaurant industry today. His bachelor's and master's degrees are in mathematics, but Cherng chose to go into the food business - using the culinary training he received from his father who, before coming to the U.S., was a chef in Shanghai, Taipei and Yokohama. He opened the first Panda Inn in '73.
Maura Tierney
Maura Tierney is a familiar face to TV audiences. Since '00, she's been a regular on the hit show ER - a role which earned her an Emmy nod. Equally adept at comedy and drama, she had a four-year run on NBC's critically acclaimed NewsRadio. Tierney has successfully juggled both TV and film careers, starring in such films as Instinct, Forces of Nature, Primary Colors and Liar Liar. A Boston native, Tierney attended NYU but left school prior to graduation to join the Circle-in-the-Square theater school.
