University of Texas law professor Steve Bickerstaff shares why he's calling for the resignation of his friend, Alberto Gonzales. Oscar-nominated actor Terrence Howard talks about his newest film, Pride.
Steve Bickerstaff
Steve Bickerstaff is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School. An election law specialist, he founded the law firm of Bickerstaff, Heath and Smiley and served as state Senate Parliamentarian and as state Assistant Attorney General. He's represented state and local governments in reapportionment, redistricting and voting rights matters, including litigation in federal and state court and examines the legal implications of Texas' '03 redistricting battle in his book, Lines in the Sand.
Terrence Howard
With a chemical engineering degree, Terrence Howard didn't initially set his sights on Hollywood. Raised in Cleveland, he's appeared in more than 30 films, including Mr. Holland's Opus, Ray, Crash and an Oscar-nominated performance in Hustle & Flow. His TV credits include Sparks, Lackawanna Blues and ABC's Muhammad Ali biopic. Howard has several features in the can for '07 release, including the drama, Pride, which he co-exec produced. He's also a self-taught musician and plays piano and guitar.
