Voting technology expert Lawrence D. Norden says the U.S. doesn't spend enough money on elections. Actor-comedian Tim Conway shows he's still as funny as ever.

An expert in voting technology and legislative reform, Lawrence D. Norden is counsel for the Brennan Center for Justice at his alma mater, NYU's School of Law. He's the lead author of The Machinery of Democracy, an account of the hazards of electronic voting in the 21st century, and a contributor to the forthcoming Encyclopedia of American Civil Liberties. Norden is also an adjunct faculty member at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and editor-in-chief of ReformNY, a blog on New York State.
Tim Conway
Tim Conway's extensive career has spanned nearly four decades. Best known for his 11-year stint on The Carol Burnett Show, he's won five Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe and numerous accolades from critics. He got his start with a local Cleveland (OH) TV station and made his mark on The Steve Allen Show. Conway continues to appear in movies and make cameo appearances in various series. A fan of thoroughbred horse racing, he's a co-founder, VP and board member of the Don MacBeth Memorial Jockey Fund.
