In an exclusive conversation, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Jendayi Frazer gives an update on efforts to bring both sides together in Kenya, following last month's controversial elections. Actor-writer William H. Macy talks about his latest film project, The Deal.

Jendayi Frazer became Assistant Secretary for African Affairs in ‘05. She previously served as U.S. Ambassador to South Africa and as the National Security Council's Senior Director of African Affairs. She taught public policy at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, was editor of the journal, Africa Today, and worked as a political-military planner with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Frazer holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University and regularly speaks about military-related issues in Africa.

He's a theater legend as an originator of new roles and has written several TV scripts, including TNT's award-winning Door to Door. The Emmy-winning actor's film credits include Wild Hogs, He Was a Quiet Man and The Deal—which he co-wrote and makes its world premier at Sundance. Macy also serves on the United Cerebral Palsy Board of Trustees.
