Inspirational soccer coach Luma Mufleh explains how her team of refugees—the Fugees—came to be and shares some personal stories of the young team members. Travel writer Rick Steves says Americans shouldn't get sidetracked by how they are perceived when traveling to foreign countries.

With a mission of giving voice to the experiences of refugees in America, Luma Mufleh became the inspirational coach of the Atlanta, GA-area soccer team called the Fugees—short for refugees. The team's players come from 18 war-torn countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Congo, Somalia and Sudan. An immigrant from Jordan, Mufleh moved to Atlanta after graduating from Massachusetts' Smith College. She also helped found Fugees Family, Inc., which helps refugee families transition to life in the U.S.

One of the world's most famous travel writers, Rick Steves has spent 100 days every year since '73 exploring Europe. He's researched and written 24 travel guidebooks and is host, writer and producer of the public television series Rick Steves' Europe. He's also a Tribune Media Services syndicated columnist and a regular on USA Today's op-ed page. Steves began his career teaching travel classes at his alma mater, the University of Washington in Seattle, and working as a tour leader in the summer.
