Gloria Reuben earned multiple Emmy nods for her role on NBC's ER, in a storyline marking the first time in TV history that a recurring character was HIV-positive. She demonstrated her singing chops by performing backup on a Tina Turner concert tour and recording a solo CD in '04. Born in Toronto, Reuben attended the prestigious Canadian Royal Conservatory and worked as a model and in TV ads. When not shooting her TNT series, Raising the Bar, she spends considerable time working on behalf of several charitable causes.
