What should happen if a hospital does not meet national accreditation standards?

	Close down the hospital.
	Close down costly units (such as the trauma unit) and focus on improving other units.
	Discontinue Medicare and Medicaid funds until the hospital regains accreditation.
	Bring in an outside management team to try to improve the hospital.
	Transfer the hospital's resources to other accredited hospitals in the area.
	Other/none of the above
