Andy Carvin's Twitter Feed Swerves from Libya to Earthquake

NPR's Andy Carvin has been the star of the Twittersphere during the Arab Spring, even sending out an eye-popping 1,200 tweets in one weekend. But today was a day like no other for Carvin, as the Libyan rebels took over Colonel Moammar Gaddafi's compound in Tripoli, while an earthquake struck the East Coast in the U.S., shaking Carvin's house as he was typing a tweet.

I've collected some of the best tweets by Carvin so far today, along with some of the re-tweets he chose to make on this history-making day.
