Remembrance submissions in honor of your friend or loved one will be delivered to the appropriate memorial in the fall of 2011. 

If you do not want your submission to appear on this website, please write “Private” at the beginning. It will be sent to a “moderation queue” and delivered to the memorial but it will not be published online. Submissions remain on this page throughout the year. You can also read a selection of remembrances submitted prior to 2010.

To upload a photo to accompany your tribute, use the "Image" button to the lower left of your comment box.

Video submissions are also a wonderful way to share your remembrances. Record a video on your camera, computer or using webcam option on YouTube. If you don't already have a free YouTube account, you will need to create one. Upload or post the video to your YouTube page and copy the URL of that YouTube page into the comments box along with what you write. Do not use YouTube's "Share" feature. Copy/pasting the URL allows the video to upload as an attachment on this site.

You can read a prepared tribute or just speak from the heart. State the name of the person you are honoring and share your remembrance. You can upload a digital photo image or just hold the photo up to the camera as you record your tribute. Don't forget to look directly into the camera!
