Extremely easy -- I always know where I am in the site and how to get where I want to go Fairly easy -- I can generally find my way around with no problem A little difficult -- I have a little trouble finding my way around Pretty hard -- I don't really understand how to get where I want to go Not sure How does it look? Colors, graphics, general layout, etc... Best-looking site I've ever seen Better-looking than most of the sites I use Still room for improvement Don't really like it Not sure We're proud of our site, but we're always looking for ways to grow and improve.
