Dr. Cornelia BrunnerDr. Cornelia Brunner, Associate Director of the Center for Children and Technology, has been involved in the research, production and teaching of educational technology in a variety of subject areas for thirty years. In addition to conducting research projects about the relationship between learning, teaching, and technology, she has designed and implemented educational materials incorporating technologies to support inquiry-based learning and teaching in science, social studies, media literacy, and the arts.

She has worked extensively with staff and students in a variety of school environments on curriculum development projects, teacher support and training, and informal education. She has taught experimental courses at Bank Street College and the Media Workshop New York, in which teachers are introduced to new technologies, learn how to integrate technology into their curriculum, and learn how to use multimedia authoring tools to design their own educational programs. Dr. Brunner has also been an industry consultant for the design of educational and entertainment products for children of all ages during the last thirty years.
donna milgramDonna Milgram is founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Women in Trades, Technology & Science (IWITTS), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to integrating women into traditionally male-dominated occupations. She is currently principal investigator for the Women Working Technical (WomenTech) Project funded by the National Science Foundation and she is developing a web based gender strategy for Cisco on recruiting females to their education academies.

Ms. Milgram is the producer of the Futures Video: Preparing Young Women for High Skill, High Wage Careers and conducts Future trainings throughout the country. Ms. Milgram has keynoted on Women and Information Technology at Cisco Academy's National Education Conference and on Recruiting Women at the National Hiring Summit for State Police Departments, both in 1999. She is on the Skills USA editorial advisory committee, and is a former board member of the National Association of Private Industry Councils and the Federal Committee on Apprenticeship.

Ms. Milgram works with employers on recruitment and retention of women and is an instructor on women and policing issues for the FBI Academy. She has testified before Congress on the School-To-Work Opportunities Act and on Sexual Harassment of Women in Nontraditional Occupations.
