Street Critique for September 19th - Hilary Kramer

posted by Jaime George, Web Producer at 6:03 PM on 09/19/07

Photo of Hilary KramerOn tonight's program, Hilary Kramer, Personal Finance Editor at AOL and author of Ahead of the Curve, is in the "Street Critique" hot seat. She talks to NBR anchor Paul Kangas about how to play the market in the wake of the Federal Reserve's big interest rate cut. Hilary says investors should definitely change their strategies, but only for the short-term. In addition, she warns investors not to get too greedy. Finally, the interview wraps up with some stock picks. This time, Hilary's got her eyes on a number of big cap growth issues.

How much have you altered your investing strategy in the wake of the Fed decision?

Laura - Thanks for pointing out the problem with the transcript. I've corrected it. If you click the link now, you'll be able to read the transcript of the Hilary Kramer interview.

Also, just wanted to let you know that we have a Transcript Archive section, where this transcript and others are also accesible. To get to the archive, simply put your mouse on the ON AIR button in the NBR website menu bar. A list will drop down. Click "Transcript Archive" on that list.

This appears to be the wrong transript that pops up with the link. WOuld love to see Hillary's picks. Thanks, Laura

Peter - We don't usually turn around the transcripts till 10:30 PM each night. If you'll look above, I just posted the link to the transcript of Paul's interview with Hilary Kramer. You'll find both her advice and her picks in the transcript.

You did not include Hillary Kramer's picks or her advice. I clicked on "Read More" and there was nothing more.
