On tonight's program, NBR anchor Paul Kangas asks "Street Critique" guest Hilary Kramer, Market Strategist and Personal Finance Editor at AOL, to review the stock recommendations she's made over the past few months. As you'll learn in the interview, she picked a lot of winners and only one loser. Her strongest pick posted a more than 60% gain; her loser only a fractional loss. Paul also finds out if Hilary recommends making some profit-taking moves on these plays or staying with them for a while longer. The interview wraps up with Hilary's take on the future. She says be ready for oil's impact.
After watching the interview, how would you evaluate Hilary's picks? And, what impact do you think oil will have on the markets?

I agree--I don't know why they have an AOL person on this show.
I don't trust her picks at all.
AGAIN HILLARY IS LOOKING TO GAIN FROM PEOPLE WHO BUY THE STOCKS SHE RECCOMMENDS WE NEED SOME INDEPENDENT STOCK PICKERS AND NOT FROM AOL OR ANY NEWS STATIONS WE NEED INFORMATION THAT WONT FILL THE RESEARCHERS POCKETS AND DID AN ETHICAL RESEARCH REPORT ON THE COMPANIES THEY PICKED
Leo - You're right we didn't get those picks in. The program's producer told me the goal of this interview was to focus on Hilary's picks that were momentum plays on the Fed's interest rate cut. The other picks you mention (including some additional winners not mentioned in the latest interview) will be discussed in future interviews we do with Hilary.
How come 3 of her following picks that are down since they were recommended were never mentioned:
BAM: -8.5%, recommended on 5/16/07
CX: -7.5%, recommended on 5/16/07
SBUX: -5.5%, recommended on 7/25/07
