As a staff writer at The Philadelphia Inquirer, JEFF BROWN wrote the nationally syndicated "On Personal Finance" column from 1995 to 2007. Currently he writes "The Owner's Money", a weekly investing blog for The New York Times aimed at small business owners. He writes a daily personal finance column for BankingMyWay.com, which is a section of TheStreet.com.
