GLENN HUBBARD is the Russell L. Carson Professor of
Economics and Finance and the Co-Director of The Entrepreneurship
Program at Columbia University. He served as Chairman of the
U.S. Council of Economic Advisers under President George W.
Bush, where he also chaired the Economic Policy Committee of
the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. A
prolific author, Hubbard has written a best-selling textbook
on money and financial markets and more than 90 scholarly articles.
