RICHARD LEVIN is founder of Richard Levin & Associates, a firm that specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. He is the author of Shared Purpose: Working Together to Build Strong Families and High Performance Companies. In addition, he is founder of the Mosaic Leadership Network and Boston University's Center on Work and Family.
Levin has been an executive coach and consultant for 25 years. His corporate clients have included AT&T, Bausch & Lomb, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Fidelity Investments, The Gillette Company, John Hancock Financial Services, Stride Rite, The Timberland Company, and Wachovia, as well as numerous family-owned businesses, law firms, and accounting firms.
Levin has written a number of articles on flexible benefits, work/life stress, and family businesses. He currently co-writes a syndicated newspaper column, "As We Live and Work," with Dr. Barrie Sanford Greiff.
Levin received his degrees in psychology and education from Brandeis University and Boston University.
