Alice M. Rivlin
ALICE
M. RIVLIN is an economist at the Brookings Institution
and Chair of the District of Columbia Financial Management Assistance
Authority. Before returning to Brookings, she served as Vice
Chair of the Federal Reserve Board from 1996 to 1999. She was
Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget
during the Clinton Administration from 1994 to 1996, and served
as Deputy Director (1993-1994). She was the founding Director
of the Congressional Budget Office, a position she held from
1975 to 1983. She is the author of numerous books, including
Reviving the Dream, 1992.
